Our 30-day money-back guarantee

We back every SwissBrush with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If your flick comb isn't for you for any reason, get in touch within 30 days of receiving it and we'll refund you in full. We pay the return postage on standard UK domestic shipping.

Your statutory right to cancel

Independently of our 30-day guarantee, under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 you have a statutory right to cancel a distance-sale order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving any reason. To exercise the right, send us a clear statement of your decision to cancel — e.g. an email to [email protected] with your order number — within those 14 days.

How to return your order

  1. Email [email protected] with your order number and a one-line reason (helps us improve).
  2. We'll reply with a pre-paid Royal Mail return label and a return address.
  3. Drop the parcel at any Post Office or Royal Mail drop-off point within 14 days of asking us to cancel.
  4. Once we receive it back in saleable condition, we refund to your original payment method within 5 working days (usually next-day).

Diminished value

Please return the product unused where possible. If the product has been handled beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning, we may reduce the refund to reflect any diminished value, as permitted by the 2013 regulations.

Faulty or wrong items

If your SwissBrush arrives faulty, damaged in transit, or is the wrong finish, you don't need to wait 30 days — get in touch immediately and we'll send a replacement free of charge, or a full refund including your original delivery cost, at your choice. This is in addition to your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Bundles

If you bought a multi-pack (Duo, Trio, Crew) and want to return part of it, the refund will be calculated against the per-comb price of the bundle, not the single-unit price.

Free gifts

If your order included a free leather travel case (unlocked at £38+), please return the case along with the combs.
