Terms & Conditions

1. Who we are
These terms apply when you buy any product or service from swiss-brush.com, operated by Elhussini Limited ("SwissBrush", "we", "us"), a private limited company incorporated in England and Wales with company number 16379598 and registered office at Lytchett House, North Walls, Wareham, England, BH20 4QN. You can contact us by email at [email protected].
2. The contract between us
When you place an order on swiss-brush.com and pay via our checkout, a binding contract is formed once your payment is confirmed and we send you a payment receipt. We may decline an order in our reasonable discretion (for example if a product is out of stock, if there is a pricing error, or if we suspect fraud); if we decline, we will refund any sums charged in full.
3. The product
SwissBrush sells the "Flick Comb" — a folding pocket comb with a spring-assisted opening mechanism. It is a grooming accessory. The opening mechanism resembles a switchblade in form but the comb is not a bladed weapon and has no cutting edge. You are responsible for using and carrying the product lawfully where you live; we accept no responsibility for use that breaches local law.
4. Price and payment
All prices are shown in GBP and include all applicable taxes. Elhussini Limited is not currently VAT-registered (see our Imprint). Payment is taken in full at checkout via our payment processor, Stripe Payments Europe Limited. Card details are entered on Stripe's systems and never touch our servers.
5. Shipping
We currently ship to addresses in the United Kingdom only. See our Shipping policy for delivery times, costs and what to do if a parcel goes missing.
6. Your right to cancel (UK consumer law)
If you are a consumer based in the UK you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving any reason, under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. We voluntarily extend this to 30 days. The full process and any deductions for diminished value are described in our Refunds & Returns page.
7. Defects and statutory rights
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, including the right to a product that is of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described. If a product is faulty, get in touch and we will arrange a repair, replacement or refund as required by law.
8. Acceptable use of the site
You agree not to misuse the site (for example by attempting to gain unauthorised access, introducing malicious code, or using automated means to place fraudulent orders). We may suspend access or refuse orders from anyone we reasonably believe has done so.
9. Limitation of liability
We are responsible to you for foreseeable loss and damage caused by us. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under English law. Subject to that, our maximum liability to you for any one order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
10. Privacy and cookies
We process the personal data you give us at checkout in line with our Privacy Policy. We only use cookies and similar technologies as described in our Cookies page.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms occasionally; the version that applies to your order is the version in force on the date you placed it.
12. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you can bring proceedings against us in the courts of the country in which you reside. We will bring proceedings against you only in the courts of the country in which you reside.
